We are located on the corner of Harry Hines and Perth St, in a white brick warehouse building.

Our hours on Monday - Friday are 8:30am to 5:15pm

On Saturday we are open from 8:30am to 4:30pm

Yes! We are open to the public.

We offer wholesale pricing.

What’s the minimum I have to buy?

1 yard minimum. All sales are final. Once something is cut, it belongs to you.

What kind of fabrics do you offer?

We offer all types of fabrics! We have fabrics for apparel, drapery, and upholstery. We also have pillow inserts of all different sizes, foam, trim, zippers, thread. etc.

What is parking like?

We have our own parking lot, so it’s super easy to find!
